SG *FASHION FIX* – Social Chic: Somewhere over the Rainbow in Charleston

After years of hearing about Charleston’s annual glamorous Red Party benefiting the American College of The Building Arts, I had the pleasure of actually attending last Thursday October 25th at The Old Charleston Jail.

With Wilmington’s Gay Adair on my air in head-to-toe emerald green, we followed the yellow brick road through the dungeon-like hallway to the magical canopy under the stars where we found revelers in ravishing red or Wizard of Oz-themed attire, this year’s sub-theme.

Although there really is no place like home, there was an immediate sense that we were not in Kansas (or Wilmington, for that matter) anymore, Toto. This was by far the best party I’ve attended in Charleston and can’t wait to go back next year!

To check out some of my favorite photos from the night, see below. And, to view the entire album, visit the Style Girl FASHION FIX Facebook page by clicking HERE.
