As I made my way toward the runway during Charleston Fashion Week, the sway of swishing multi-colored beaded fringe captivated my attention. There before me was one of my favorite looks from the entire week – a lightweight, linen ivory summer vest – worn by a PYT in line for a cocktail. From the front, it appeared a somewhat understated summer essential. From the back came the surprise.
